Divorce proceedings have been initiated, but mediation was unsuccessful.

I’m a member of the Northwest Housing Collective, a group of 4 households that have purchased a property in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood on which we are developing 4 units as our primary residences.

We are looking for a fee-based fiduciary financial advisor to work with us and help answer some financial questions, including topics like LLCs or alternative structures (e.g. what are our tax implications for transferring the property to an LLC?), construction loans, and our options for converting to permanent loans post-construction.
